Antalya Born Artist; Ozan Temizkan is Spreading Love with his New Album
Ozan Temizkan is certainly one of the uniquely gifted artists from Antalya, Turkey. He stands out with his authentic sound, versatile vocals, and unrivaled work ethic. Ozan Temizkan’s passion and dedication to his craft and the music industry set him ahead of the competition, and one of the few artists with an undying desire to help others and see them realize and live their dreams.
Inspired by some of the biggest musical names, such as Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, and Charlie Puth, Ozan Temizkan invests in creating timeless pieces with relatable storylines fit for families. Ozan Temizkan has also worked with local Turkish talents, including Evrencan Gündüz. They have collaborated on his Turkish release called “1 Insan 1 Dünya”, that directly translates as 1 person = 1 world, that dropped earlier this month.
Some of Ozan’s top releases include “İlhamlı Ceylan,” “Old Me Died,” “Bir Saniye,” and “Hediyemsin Tanrıdan,” among many others.
For his upcoming album called “Missing Half”, Ozan has prepared 12 songs to be included and is set to release by 18 of August. His inspiration comes from stories of love. The narrative behind “Missing Half” revolves around two individuals who were apart for an extended period, leading to tears of sorrow due to a significant loss. However, after years of being separated, they eventually reunite and start building new memories together. On the other hand, the story behind “Heart Emoji” centers on the act of sending heart emojis to one’s beloved as an expression of love, but feeling that this gesture falls short. Their ultimate desire is to inspire people not to be afraid of openly displaying love and compassion.
“I believe there is strength in vulnerability. If there was no dark we wouldn’t know that there is light and it’s important to communicate to each other and accept everything the way they are,” he narrates.
Ozan Temizkan has also worked with others such as Rob Wells and Paul Statham on “Page Of Your Heart” and “I’m In Heaven,” among many other names who have helped in the creation of the album. “My objective is to make the world dance with this album and get people to send each other heart emoji’s,” he adds.
A visionary talent, Ozan Temizkan wants to expand his musical brand to the global stage, performing all over the world. He firmly believes there is no limit to what we can dream of, as everyone has an inside world whose reality is shaped by our thoughts. Besides, Ozan Temizkan trusts music to be the gateway to our hearts; thus, it’s worth giving dreams a chance.
