– Transparency is a crucial tool that is at the foundation of decentralization and that truly raises the level of DAO efficiency to another level. Transparency must be absolute, spanning voting, funds management, interactions with outside protocols, execution of transactions, and whatever else is part of the governance process.
– Motivation is lacking in DAOs at this time, as is evident by a lack of activity and engagement with the governance process. And why should they? Governance feels like having a second job with little benefit. Members must be properly and transparently motivated.
– Lastly, all the tools need to be on one platform.
